“I have always been encouraging women to learn boxing for self-defense. Even if not boxing, keeping yourself physically fit will instill confidence in you. Having confidence itself is a self-defense to some extent.”
“I have been with Herbalife for quite a few years. They are not just a corporate sponsor to me, but a very supportive team. Besides their contribution to my health and diet, they have always been there for me, and at different stages of my career.”
